No matter your fitness level or background, getting started at CrossFit Ridgewood is as simple as these three (3) easy steps!

  1. STEP 1: Contact a Coach
    1. If you are still on the fence about CrossFit after reading what we do here at CFR, speak to one of our coaches about the how CrossFit can benefit you. CrossFit is scalable, thus can accommodate everyone and their needs/wants.
  2. STEP 2: SIGN UP FOR YOUR FOUNDATIONS
    1. If you know you are ready for CrossFit, sign up for your foundations.
    2. Foundations is designed to expose the newbies of our community to the CrossFit language, the movements, and its intensity. Foundations consist of four (4) 60­-minute one on one coaching sessions. Over the course of the four sessions a coach will introduce you to the nine (9) foundational movements of CrossFit, as well as some of the most common CrossFit exercises. After you complete your four foundations, you will be ready to join our CrossFit classes.
  3. STEP 3: JOIN GROUP CLASSES
    1. Once you have completed your foundations, you are now ready to join class WOD’s.
